I'm a new lover of the Sanctuary Spa brand. After using (and loving) the Warming Microbrasion Polish, I was intrigued about the Hot Sugar Scrub. The beautifully scented scrub has a milky texture that heats up as it makes contact with your skin.
I wasn't sure what to expect with this product and be warned, you will probably get a shock when you first apply and start massaging this into the skin. You'll notice a sudden burst of heat when applied. Although the heat doesn't last for very long, I find that it's a really soothing sensation (especially after a long day or if you have any sore muscles). I would suggest a test patch on a small area of skin as there may be some of you who won't enjoy the sensation.
The scrub left my skin feeling immediately softer and I can still feel that softness for the next few days after using. If you love body scrubs and the idea of a warming product doesn't scare you, I would highly suggest picking one up. I am sure that this is going to be a must-have in my bathroom!

ReplyDeleteI used to have a warming mud mask from the Body Shop and absolutely loved the sensation, it is a bit of 'day spa' in the home. Will probably get some when I am out next time :)
