Frank Body Scrub is a coffee scrub designed to help with problems such as cellulite, stretch marks, eczema, varicose veins and even acne. It's a little bit of a miracle product and the good news is, it works!

Frank is full of goodies such as brown sugar, sweet almond oil, sea salt, orange oil and of course, coffee. The scrub has the texture of coffee grains and really helps to smooth out any bumps on the skin. It's extremely moisturising and soothing. It does leave a little residue on the skin, but it's not greasy at all which I love.

I have sensitive skin on my face which is prone to breakouts with the use of wrong products, so I was hesitant to try this on my face. However, I had great results! There was no sign of any breakouts afterwards and my skin felt so smooth.

I have seen and read nothing but great reviews on this scrub, but most of them fail to mention one thing - this scrub is MESSY. It's the messiest product I have ever used. If you've tried this scrub, I'd love to hear how you actually apply it. Do you apply in the shower? Do you get out of the shower and apply? Either way, I end up with this from one end of my bathroom to the other... that said, it's all worth it and my skin thanks me everything I apply this.

Valentines Day doesn't have to just be about gifts from your loved ones. It can also be a day to love and spoil yourself. The Body Shop has this amazing Valentines Day pack out at the moment and it's just perfect for those of us who want to get ourselves something a little special.

The pack comes with 4 different Strawberry scented products - a body polish, lip tint, body butter and shower gel. These yummy items are packaged up in a cute love-heart shaped tin which I've put to good use! (It's now home to all my hair ties and bobby pins!).

If you haven't had a chance to smell the Strawberry scented products, make sure you do. After applying the body lotion in the morning, I still have comments on the lingering scent towards the day. And it's super moisturising and okay for any sensitive beauties.

You can view and purchase the Valentines Box online by clicking here or pop into your nearest Body Shop store.

Having hair extensions means that I need to take a little extra care with my hair. One of the best products that I have found for my hair and extensions is Coconut Oil. Coconut Oil is amazing for hair because it has the ability to penetrate the inner parts of hair strands which allows it do work better than other hair products that just coat strands and can tend to just wash away when rinsed.

Giving your locks a coconut treatment is super easy and inexpensive. I use the Loving Earth Raw Organic Coconut Butter (Please note, this is the same product as Coconut Oil but Loving Earth describe the product as more of a 'butter' due to its texture which is creamier and more buttery than other coconut oils).

Make sure you choose a Coconut Oil that is an organic and raw as possible. If you're interested, you can read more about the methods Loving Earth use to create their beautiful coconut product by clicking here.

I usually do this once a week on a Friday or Saturday night and leave it on as an overnight treatment. Hair does not need to be washed before but it's personal choice, if you want to apply the treatment to freshly washed hair then go ahead - just note that you will need to wash your hair again after applying the Coconut Oil.

You will notice that Coconut Oil is solid at room temperate. If you have long or thick hair like myself, you may find that it is easier to separate the hair into sections so you can easily apply the oil. Scoop out some of the product and warm this between your hands until the oil becomes a liquid and apply this onto your hair. I focus the oil mostly on the ends of the hair where it is most dry and damaged. Continue doing this until your whole hair is coated. If you are leaving the treatment in overnight, make sure you cover your pillow with a towel to protect your bedding or wrap your hair up inside the towel and secure so it doesn't come loose.
When you wake in the morning, make sure you wash the product out using your regular shampoo and conditioner. If you have thick hair you may need to wash your hair twice to make sure you've removed any buildup of oil. Leave your hair to air dry if possible after washing - i find that this gives the best results.

If you want an extra burst of health and shine, give your hair a cold blast with the water when rinsing - this really makes a difference!

This is the prettiest tea set that I have ever seen. But it's not just it's pretty looks that drew me in, but the rave reviews and many benefits that comes with it.

Your Tea is a company that produces organic tea blends for different needs. I am currently using the Tiny Tea 14 Day Teatox set. The Tiny Tea is a blend formulated to help with digestion, weight loss, improving the appearance of your skin, increasing energy and reducing bloating (and it even reduces PMS symptoms!). It's based on Chinese medicinal practices and although it may sound like a gimmick, I can assure you that this tea is not.

The tea itself has an earthy blend. It comes in teabag form which makes it super easy to use. I have one in the morning and one either before lunch or before dinner (it's recommended to have one before each meal but I find that 2 a day works fine for me). The tea has a very earthy, organic taste. I add honey or lemon into my cup and let it soak with the tea bag for 5 to 7 minutes before drinking.

I've seen amazing reviews of girls who claim to have lost a significant amount of weight whilst using this tea. I am only early on into my Teatox and haven't noticed any surprising weightloss. However, my skin has improved and I can notice a difference with my energy levels. I can also report no PMS this month - perhaps because of this magical tea?!
The Teatox is a little expensive and might not suit those on a budget. The 14 day teatox is $35.00 and the 28 day Teatox is $55.00. But with the amount of benefits this tea has, I highly think it's worth the splurge - even if you give it a go just the once.

I will report back in at the end of my Teatox and let you all know of the results, but I am happy with it so far.

Have you tried a YourTea product? What did you think?

I was a little hesitant to try out this foundation. Instead of being thrilled, the idea of only paying $6.50 actually put me off. But I recently decided to give it a go after reading quite a few happy reviews.

The Essence Stay All Day 16hr Foundation is actually a great product for those looking so something (much!) cheaper or even for those who are just starting to play around with makeup. The foundation applies smoothly and doesn't feel dry or cling to any dry patches that I may have on my face. It's quite a thick formula but it does spread easily and can be blended quite well.

With only 4 shades, it's not ideal for a lot of people. I wear the lightest shade, 20 - Soft Nude and find that it blends nicely with my skin tone. However, it does have pink undertones which are a little too pink and I can notice this when I have applied the foundation. That being said, it doesn't look odd and I have reached for this foundation quite a few times since it's purchase.

The claim is that this foundation lasts for 16 hours - I haven't worn it for this for that long but it has lasted me a full 8+ hours of work and it still looked quite good. I wouldn't suggest this for those oily skinned beauties as it can get a bit shiney - but I have fixed this by adding a dusting of powder to the T-Zone.

The first thing I noticed when I tested out this product is that it has a very similar texture to the L'Oreal Base Magique Primer and also reminded me of the Benefit Porefessional Primer. The Perfect Blur uses 'light reflecting technology' to reduce the appearance of imperfections such as wrinkles, pores and shine.

I loved the packaging of the primer. It features a tapered nozzle which allows you to control how much product you are using and also helps to keep things a little less messy during application.

The formula is incredibly smooth going onto the skin and does a good job of filling in the areas on my face with larger pores. It dries quickly which means less waiting time between primer and foundation application, which is a plus. I have noticed a reduction in shine but I haven't been able to put it down to this product yet as I am using other products to help combat shine and oilyness.

I do think it is a little pricey at $17.00 and I do think there are some other great primers out there for a lot less (or you could pay a few dollars more and get something amazing!). But it is a nice product to have and I will happily continue to use the rest.
