Discussing your 'lady garden' can be an embarrasing topic, but I wanted to share with you some recommendations to keep your hoo haa feeling fresh.
Using gels or soaps on your privates can strip the area of its natural defences which then causes things like itchiness and dryness. I use a product by a company called FemFresh. FemFresh have a range of products to help cleanse and refresh your delicates, whilst maintaining a healthy PH balance.
I introduce to you Femfresh Intimate Wash
This wash has a slight fresh fragrence that I can only describe as clean. It doesn't contain any soap at all and has extracts of camomile and aloe vera.
Keep a bottle handy in your bathroom shower and use daily - especially during that dreaded time of month as your PH level changes during that time.
Another handy product to keep on board are the Femfresh Cleansing Wipes. These wipes are flushable and hypoallergenic! They have the same PH balanced formula as the wash which helps to cleanse, freshen and deodorise. So you feel fresh whenever you need too!
If you're too embarrased to casually chuck these up onto the register at your local supermarket, pop it onto mums shopping list. But I dont think anyone at the register would even notice what these products are (...unless they are using them themselves, of course. Which they probably are!), because the packaging is quite discreet - they could pass off as skin care at a quick glance. Besides, they are only in front of a persons face for about 5 seconds, before they are packed into a grocery bag - right?
I love that you blogged about this range. They're the best feminine hygiene products that i've found and the only one that doesn't irritate my skin at all. And you're completely right about lots of people using them. I'm a checkout chick and so many ladies throw in the wipes and wash in with their weekly shopping. The wipes are a handbag essential.
