Disco Ball Nails

Inspired by the sparkly delights of a disco ball, this easy nail look is perfect for any occasion that requires a little bit of extra glam.

Start off with a base coat of your favourite shade. For this look I've used my new Revlon Scented Nail Enamel in Not So Blueberry. 

While the nail polish is still wet, evenly shake the bottle of glitter over the freshly painted nail. You can go for as much or as little glitter as you want, depending on your personal preference. For this look I made sure to cover the entire nail in an even layer of glitter.

I found it easier to do one nail at a time so that the nail polish doesn't dry before I can apply the glitter. 

Try mixing up the look a little by leaving one nail uncovered with glitter. Paint this nail with either the same colour as your base or a completely different colour for something a little fun. 

For this look I applied a small self-adhesive pearl from a craft store onto the middle of the nail. It adds an instant girly feel to the look!

You won't need to apply a top coat as the base colour tends to hold the glitter on quite nicely! To clean the excess glitter from around the nails, use a thin make up or paintbrush and gently brush away the glitter.
